The cutest little inn in the cutest little town! Firefly is just steps away from Drifter's Cafe, WordPlay books, and a great restaurant called Mack's. There's also a glass blowing place just down the road, so of course I had to buy some glasses to bring home. There was also a Second Saturday market with food, face painting, live music, etc. I was lucky enough to be in Wardensville when the leaves starting changing colors. If I'm ever back in town, I'll be staying at Firefly Inn again.
I stayed in the very tiny, low-cost Room 1, on February 10, 2026 and found it immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable. The quiet was surprising given the early morning truck traffic just outside the door. Check-in was seamless. Communication from the innkeeper was timely and courteous.
Very nice privately owned hotel. We stayed in Room 4, beautiful king size bed and clean. Will stay again, highly recommend!
The owner made things smooth and easy. No need to do the whole “check in” “check out” process as the door has a key code on it. The rooms are so cute and so CLEAN and so comfortable. There is a great place to eat nearby, Mack’s Bingo. I love everything about this little gem
Fantastic place! Our room was small but nicely done! Decorated well, nice time work in the bathroom and a comfortable bed to boot!! Highly recommend the Firefly Inn if you are in the area!
This little place is absolutely perfect in every way. Reservations and check in was smooth and easy. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spotless, the beds were spotless and comfortable. I’d rate this place above any Hilton or Hampton inn I’ve stayed in. The owners obviously take a lot of pride in their business.
Very clean and modern rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower has nice water pressure. I enjoyed walking around the town. The rooms are surprisingly quiet especially considering being in the heart of town. I enjoyed the hassle free arrival with an access code I could remember.
